How to create and Break password

 

How to cisco create a password on router

Go in privileged mode

Type #copy startup-config running-config

Then go in configuration mode type #conf t

then type #line console 0

Then create a new #Password

Then type & enter #login

Then type & enter #Ctrl+z

Then type and enter #copy running-config startup-config

Type #Wr. 

And reload the router.

How to break cisco router password

 After reload during boot press win+pause break key ( some cisco packet tracers use Ctl+C 

 After roman enter. Type #confreg 0x2142 ( for skip NVRAM or charge registry value )

Then type: reset

 After boot login with the new password. xxxxxxxx
